Shipping Info
Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Orders placed Thursday morning will ship the following week.
(Ontario orders placed Wednesday by midnight will ship express Thursday morning for a Friday delivery.
Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship Monday morning.
Place an order at anytime for a future delivery date by selecting the date in the calendar located in the shopping cart.
Event / Delivery Date
AFTER adding a product to your cart, please select the date you need the flowers for using the Event / Delivery Date field located in the shopping cart.
This helps us schedule your order properly and choose the best shipping timing based on your event or delivery needs.
If you need flowers for a morning event, we recommend selecting the day before your event so the flowers have time to arrive and be ready.
Pre-Orders
You may place a pre-order at any time.
Just select the date you need the flowers in the calendar field in the shopping cart before check-out. We will schedule shipping based on the selected date and follow up if confirmation is needed. *You can also email with your order number and the future date if you purchase without selecting a date in the shopping cart.*
Shipping Notes
Fresh edible flowers are perishable, so we ship earlier in the week to reduce the risk of weekend carrier delays.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays and weather conditions are beyond our control.
Local Delivery
$50 minimum order value.
If you have $50 or more worth of flowers in your cart and local delivery doesn't come up please select "Pick-up Order" and email us at heirloomacresnotl@gmail.com with your order number and we will switch your order to delivery.
Pick-Up
We offer Free pick-up at the production farm in Niagara on the lake.
Monday-Thursday
We do NOT offer pick-up the same day a order is placed.
We process pick-up orders the following business day.
